NuCanvas Wellness & Aesthetics Wellness is a medical practice providing personalized treatment plans. Due to the nature of medical services, the following refund policy applies.

All consultation and evaluation fees are non-refundable.

Payments for medical services, injections, IV therapy, hormone therapy, weight loss programs, and aesthetic treatments are non-refundable once services have been rendered.

Prescriptions and medications dispensed by a licensed pharmacy are non-refundable.

Prepaid service packages may be eligible for partial refund at the discretion of NuCanvas if services have not yet been rendered.

Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without proper notice may result in forfeiture of fees paid.
